The Situation
Managing 7 contracts (5 B2B, 2 B2G) valued at approximately R$7M annually, across 18 Brazilian states — as the sole interface between technical delivery teams and all clients.
What I Did
Managed the full commercial pipeline from opportunity to contract, overseeing SLA compliance, renewal negotiations, and day-to-day client communication. Also provided Level 1 technical support and software testing to ensure solution stability and reduce escalation rates.
The Outcomes
• 99.5% monthly uptime SLA maintained with zero failures throughout tenure • ~95%+ support SLA compliance — only 2–3 violations in the entire period • Portfolio value grew ~5% through relationship management and renewal negotiation
